Problem:
For users with vision accessibility needs, the current panel positioning
(Explorer → Editor → Cascade) requires excessive horizontal eye travel
between file navigation and AI assistance.
Requested Feature:
Add ability to position Cascade Chat panel between the Explorer sidebar
and Editor area, creating this layout:
Explorer → Cascade → Editor
Why This Matters:
  • Reduces eye strain for vision-impaired users
  • Keeps AI assistance closer to file context
  • Improves workflow for users who frequently switch between
file tree and chat
Current Workarounds:
  • Bottom panel (too wide, wastes vertical space)
  • Right panel (too far from Explorer)
  • Left sidebar (conflicts with Explorer)
None adequately solve the accessibility issue.
