I do not want to 'auto-recharge' - i want to manage my budget, so why can't you just release more plans?

and any requests where the ai ADMITS that it stuffed up and failed to deliver are REFUNDED automatically.

Any basic coding errors should also be refunded (like putting comments in a json object config which SWE did 3 times in a row today) - you should be able to click a 'refund this request' button and it should read the chat and make an automated decision.
