For the new Workflows win Wave 8, can we have it set the model to use when running the Workflow (Regardless of what is selected in the prompt?

IE: in my_workflow.md -> first: set to use cascade_base model. Then, From Cascade prompt that is currently in Claude 3.7, enter /my_workflow to run the workflow:

- it should not use a credit to start the workflow from the Claude 3.7 prompt, WS should recognize it's a workflow trigger, and check to see if the workflow sets a model to use, and use that one.

- it should change the model to cascade_base

- run the test of the workflow

- allow us to set Model back to another model at the end of a workflow if we want in the Cascade prompt (ie maybe after certain workflows, I always want to end up with Gemini X YZ selected, even it I launched the workflow fromm model A, ran the prompt in Model B, and want to end up with Cascade in Model C
